About Project

Both the hospital and the school will be governed by independent boards of highly acclaimed professionals in the field of education and health management. These institutions will work as not-for-profit entities paying no return or dividends to Al-Faisal Enclave. However, zero-based budgeting will be vigorously followed and these institutions will be guided by their independent boards to provide ever-improving quality education and healthcare.

We have started first phase of our project in an area spanning over 30.4 million square feet. As a policy, we have spared 50% of the space for parks, golf ground, public recreational places, schools, hospitals and other open green belts. We acquired the services of architects, environmentalists and disaster management experts of international standing to design our project. It took lots of efforts, energy and time for us to bring our dream of an ideal place of living into reality.
We have a vision to revive the glory of our past and create hope for a better future through skillfully designed architecture of the buildings. We want to blend our buildings with the natural landscape and context of the region. We dream to develop our schools and hospitals which will address the needs of the future generations, rather than limited to our past. We are enforcing stringent measures to ensure that the homes built will be seismic resistant and safe for living.
